The conglomerate from Dubai, Park Group Dubai (PGD), as previously announced, has signed an official contract with the prestigious construction and interior design company Danube Home from the United Arab Emirates to join forces in new projects and investments in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

By signing this agreement, Danube Home will send a team of experts to Bosnia and Herzegovina to conduct market research in Bosnia and surrounding countries. If, after the analysis, it is determined that there is space and need for this company to enter the Balkan market, PGD and Danube Home will enter into this investment together as partners.

Danube Home is already present in 20 countries around the world with 40.000 articles in the building materials and all types of furniture, and by coming to Bosnia and Herzegovina it would become the largest center for construction and interior design in the entire region with a tendency to expand in other countries in the region.

PGD has built a strong bridge connecting Asian investors with Bosnia and Herzegovina, and last month in Sarajevo, hosted the owner and founder of the Danube Group, under whose roof is the Danube Home, Rizwan Sajan, who is one of the biggest businessmen in Asia.  According to the Forbes list, for the sixth time in a row, he was ranked seventh among the 100 largest Indian entrepreneurs in the United Arab Emirates.

In his interview, Sajan emphasized that Bosnia and Herzegovina is an ideal country for investment, which resulted in the signing of a contract with Park Group Dubai.

Danube Home is a leading brand in construction and interior design with a large range, reasonable prices and excellent quality and we are sure that nothing similar on this scale exists in this market. We expect that this will be shown by this upcoming research, which will be conducted after the signing of this contract. This is just one of the many business opportunities that PGD has provided in Bosnia and Herzegovina. We are soon planning the realization of our real estate projects and we are looking forward to pushing the boundaries of business challenges when it comes to Bosnia and Herzegovina in these globally difficult times in the midst of a pandemic – said Park Group Dubai managing partner Ahmed Sattar.
